The four column hydraulic press uses hydraulic oil to transmit energy to complete some mechanical actions. When it comes into contact with raw materials during the operation, vibration will occur. This vibration is not determined by the tonnage, but is generated by different methods such as forming, stretching, shaping, and straightening when applying the four column hydraulic press. Below, the editor will take you to understand the effective methods for reducing shock vibrations in hydraulic presses:


一、Due to the large amount of energy stored in the hydraulic cylinder during the operation, it can cause vibration. By thickening the pad on the workbench and reducing the amount of liquid elastic compression energy stored in the cylinder, vibration can be reduced. By installing a certain thickness of pad between the equipment workbench and the lower mold, the working stroke of the moving beam moves up to reduce the volume of the upper chamber of the working cylinder in case of sudden loss of load, which indirectly reduces the stored liquid elastic energy;


二、Install a one-way throttle valve on the hydraulic control oil circuit of the hydraulic control one-way valve in the four column hydraulic press, adjust the gap between the throttle valve and the hydraulic control flow, lower the movement speed of the control piston, extend the opening time of the main valve of the hydraulic control one-way valve, first open the small unloading valve on the main valve core, and then open the main valve. Only by extending the pressure relief time can the impact and vibration be eliminated;


三、The working cylinder and plunger are evenly divided into upper and lower sections using a series of plungers. When the empty stroke is downward, the upper and lower plungers and the moving beam descend together. After contacting the workpiece, the oil discharge port of the upper cylinder will close, and the upper chamber of the lower cylinder will enter pressure oil. The lower chamber will discharge oil, pushing the plunger and the moving beam to press down together. When suddenly lost load, the upper cylinder plunger will remain stationary, and the lower chamber plunger will generate a downward impulse. The plunger stroke does not require a lot of energy, and the upper chamber volume of the lower cylinder is relatively small, So the four column hydraulic press has less elasticity when storing liquid, which reduces the vibration caused by impact.
