The term "blockage" here refers to a serious blockage that causes faults in the hydraulic system. After the filter is blocked, it will at least cause poor oil suction by the pump, noise from the pump, and the inability of the system to absorb oil, causing pressure to not rise. A large number of bubbles will appear in the tank, and the filter element may increase pressure and cause breakdown due to blockage. After the filter is blocked, it should be cleaned in a timely manner. The cleaning method is as follows:
一、The commonly used solvents for cleaning the hydraulic filter are Trichloroethylene, paint thinner, gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, etc. These solvents are easy to catch fire and have certain toxicity. Pay attention when cleaning. Alkali solutions such as caustic pots and baits, surfactants, and electrolytic degreasing cleaning can also be used. After washing, the solvent must be removed as soon as possible using methods such as water washing.
二、Heating evaporation method. Some of the deposits on filters can be removed by heating, but it should be noted that during heating, there should be no residual carbon ash or solid attachments inside the filter element. Clean with a brush. A soft bristle brush should be used to remove dirt from the filter element. A stiff wire brush can damage the mesh and gap type filter elements, causing sintered particles to brush off the sintered filter element. This method is not applicable to paper filters.
三、Hydraulic press filters are cleaned using mechanical and physical methods. Use ultrasonic cleaning to remove dirt from the filter element, but the filter element is porous and has the property of absorbing ultrasonic waves, which may affect the cleaning effect.
四、The hydraulic press filter is blown with compressed air. Using compressed air to blow out the fouling on the opposite side of the filter layer, using pulsating airflow has a better effect. Clean with water pressure. The method is the same as above, and alternating the two methods is more effective.
